Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Cyprus, Greece, all EU countries, and select non-EU countries. You will find the full list of available shipping destinations in the shipping section at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- Free Standard Shipping for orders over €50 in Cyprus, Greece, and EU countries.
- Shipping costs for other destinations will be calculated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Cyprus: 1-2 business days
- Greece: 1-5 business days

EU countries: 3-7 business days
(Delivery times may be longer during holidays or for remote areas.)
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number.

Important Delivery Information
- Provide a local phone number at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery process.
- If you have specific delivery date requests, leave a note with your order or email support@diosaeterea.com. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to external factors.

Order Changes & Liability
- Once your order is dispatched, modifications or cancellations are not possible.
- If you choose unattended delivery (no signature required), we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
