Returns

We accept returns within 60 days of receiving your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• For your convenience and peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. This ensures that your returned item can be traced and covered in case of loss or damage during transit, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email support@diosaeterea.com within 60 days of receiving your order. Please include:

• Your order number
• The reason for your return

We will provide further instructions once we receive your request.

 

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
• If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
• Please allow 10 business days for processing after we receive the return.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, place a new order for the desired item and return the original using the process above.
